Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has a deep understanding of various platforms, and can create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day social media marketing activities, creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and optimizing social media campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.
- Track competitor activity and audience insights to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, photoshop) is a plus.
- B.Sc, BA, or any Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
